Dan Mello began his real estate career in 1960 and came back to it full time in 1990 following 37 years with the National Bank of Fairhaven where he rose through the ranks to president.

Henry Hotchkiss joined Dan Mello Real Estate as a sales associate in 1994 following a 25 year career in international banking with Chemical Bank and  Credit Suisse.  

Mello & Hotchkiss Real Estate was established January 1, 2003. With over 25 years of combined experience in residential and commercial real estate, Dan and Henry look forward to continuing to share their accumulated expertise with customers looking to buy or sell property in the South Coast area from Westport to Wareham.
